Soya Corn Fritters


 


Ingredient: ½ cup soya granules (soaked in water for 20 min. & then drained & squeezed), 1 tsp ginger garlic - paste, 1 onion, (chopped), 2 green chillies (chopped), 2 boiled potato, 3 tbsp american sweet corn, 2 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp amchoor, salt, pepper and red chilli powder (to taste), 1tbsp cornflour, 2 bread slices (soaked mashed), oil for frying.

 

 


Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Make into a thick mixture and make balls & atten to form fritters.
3. Deep fry till golden brown Drain.
4. Serve hot with chutney.
