Kurkure Kebab


Ingredients: 2 tbsp chane ki dal, 1/2 cup kale chane, 1 boiled potato, 1\2” piece ginger, 1 tsp garlic (chopped), 1 long, 2 red chilli dry, 2 whole black pepper, 3 tsp cornflour, 1/2 tsp amchoor, salt, pepper (to taste), oil for frying

For filling-1 tbsp chopped kishmish, 1tbsp chopped kaju, 1 tsp chopped mint (pudina), a pinch salt.




1. Soak black chana and chane ki dal oversight.
2. Pressure cook dal, chana, ginger garlic, long kali mirch & red chilli together.
3. When cool mash all the ingredients.
4. Also add cornflour, salt pepper & amchoor to make a dough.
5. Meanwhile add all ingredients of filling together.
6. Make small balls of the dough.
7. Flatten with if your hand and put little filling in it and make ball again.
8. Flatten in the shape of kebab & fry.
