Makhmali Paneer


 


Ingredients: 250 gm paneer, 2 tbsp butter, 5-6 tomato (chopped), 1” piece ginger 1 black cardamon, 1 small cardamon, 1 tsp kasoori methi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, salt, pepper, red chilli powder (to taste), 1/2 tsp sugar,4- 5 tbsp cream, green coriander for garnishing.

 

 


Method:

1. Melt butter in a frying pan.
2. Add chopped tomato, kasoori methi, ginger, small and black cardamon salt, pepper and red chilli powder to it. Cook covered till it become tender.
3. Cool this mixture and blend it in a blender.
4. Keep this tomato pulp on flame & slowly cooked it.
5. Add garam masala and sugar to it.
6. Add paneer pieces to it & cook for 2-3 min.
7. Now mix beaten cream to it. Mix it
8. Garnish with chopped coriander & serve hot with roti / paratha / naan .
